Everything was going good until less than 24 hours before closing, my wife and I had to jump through hoops to get a copy of our pay stubs to the office in order for the closing to go through on time without any change. A 48+ hour notice would have been appreciated. 24 hours before moving, we had many more other things to concentrate on rather that trying to get ahold of our HR department to copies of the pay.
Scott is fantastic, gets you everything in a timely matter and explains everything in a way that you can understand what the process will entail. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trusted individual to help you through your mortgage process.
Communication from the OnQ Financial back office through Amanda was poor at best. They waited weeks before notifying me of important requirements even after I made a specific request. In addition, their lack of understanding of my personal investments caused a major change in the closing requirements less than three days prior to closing. This was after I explained, in detail, to Amanda what the investment was. I can't recommend this company at all.
