Mike came highly recommended by my realtor. We had a few hiccups along the way as I was searching for my first investment property but Mike handled everything with professionalism as a few deals fell through. Very poor communication. I highly do not reccomended this company to ANY ONE looking for a lender, is like this was there first home loan they ever did, very last minute for eveything couldn't close on orginal date took a month later to get final closing, worst company

From the beginning I was educated on things that affect the loan amount such as taxes and HOA fees. I was told about the $25/$5,000 rule, which really opened my eyes. Randy is very knowledgeable and professional. It was a very pleasant experience.
