Scheduled funding was held up a day by Columbus Day but it did not arrive on Friday when it was scheduled. Nor has it arrived end of today Monday. Chris Stark made phone calls and sent emails and received no response from the department responsible. The process was easy and without problems until the money was due. Cooperation between departments seem to be lacking.
I felt KEN an outstanding job, however; the final closing was different. They kept forgetting items thus causing delays which were out of Kens control. Even on the day of closing 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I received a call to see about changing the closing date due to corrections that needed to be done. As it turned out we closed two hours after the scheduled time as I had already taken time off from work to make the original appointment.
Tom was efficient and got back to us immediately whenever we had questions or new information. We had our pre-qualification letter in 24 hours which was critical to our offer being accepted. We highly recommend Tom and his team.
